Reservations for dinner meetings must be emailed to the Program Committee by the date specified in the individual announcement. In general, last minute additions cannot be honored by the dining venue.
In order to prevent confusion, please have your check made out for the correct amount prior to handing in at the sign-in table. Cash in the exact amount is also appreciated.
